Please select the date and time you will deliver or pick up your order.
Please fill in “Time” only if you wish to pick up your order at a store.
You can apply any business day between two weeks and two months from today.
*Orders may be limited during busy periods.

When you come to the store, please present your reservation confirmation e-mail and ask the staff to “pick up your reserved items”.
*Entry may be restricted during busy times.

About payment
Payment must be made in advance (credit card payment).

Change or Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be changed or cancelled by 5:00 p.m. five business days prior to the date of pickup.
In such cases, we will process changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Cancellation after the above date or failure to pick up without prior notice will result in a 100% charge.

If you have any other requests, please indicate them in the “Order Memo” at the time of payment.
